01Can I try before paying?
You can create your account and configure your workspace before choosing a plan. Your subscription is then activated from the app.
02What happens if a payment fails?
Service does not stop on the first incident: a late payment leaves access open while the provider retries. And your clients always keep access to proposals already sent.
03Does my agency own its data?
Yes. Each agency is isolated at the database level, and your documents, attachments and acceptance evidence remain yours.
04Is the signature legally binding?
Facet documents the signer, their consent, the timestamp and the document fingerprint, and can include the DocuSign completion certificate. Evidentiary value depends on context; seek legal advice for sensitive uses.
